DHK has a collection of workouts. Restorative, foam rolling, and breath work sessions are on tap. You can select sessions that focus on feet, ankles, knees, hips, lower back, shoulders, neck, etc. The workouts are 55 minutes and are designed to strengthen your mind-body connection, as well as encourage alignment, build strength, gain confidence, and reduce pain. You’ll break a sweat and have fun doing it.
